Growth in recent years has brought major changes to the organization and the team of The DocWorkers. After 20 years, started as a typesetting company is now a versatile and well-structured organization for the benefit of publishers. The Management Team shapes the organization and is responsible for directing the various departments. The Management Team consists of 5 members,Wilma Geuzebroek (general director), Paul van Leeuwen (Finance), Ton Duut (marketing and sales), Kathy de Bruijn (production office and editing), Karin van Duuren (human resources) and Colette Leeman (relations and production supervision).
Currently The DocWorkers employs around 20 people. In order to address the diversity in sort and amount of work, a large group of temporary employees, ZZP-ers (one man business owners) and freelancers, are managed by a core of permanent staff.
